THE COMMITEE TEAM
Chair the committee meetings and AGM, assist the Secretary to produce the agendas and head the Committee in making decisions for the benefit of the whole club, including disciplinary matters.
A member of the committee designated as immediately subordinate to a chairman and serving as such in the chairman’s absence. The Vice Chairman acts for and assists the chairman with the relevant club duties.
The Club Secretary carries out or delegates
all the administrative duties that enable
the club and its members to function effectively.
To look after the finances of the club and report these monthly during the committee meeting.
CHILD WELFARE OFFICER
You will work with the club officials particularly the youth team coaches/ managers to ensure they are carrying out their duty of care when running football activities for children. Importantly you will be a point of contact for the children if they have any concerns about the way they are being treated.
SCHOOL LIASON OFFICER
The main purpose of the job is to develop links and foster effective relationships with local schools. .
PLAYER LIASON OFFICER
To build positive connections between all players and management and to be a first point of call for players within the club if they have any issues to raise.
HEAD OF JUNIOR FOOTBALL
To oversee the development of the youth team coaches and teams.
To put together club training plans/packages and player development packs, and support junior players and coaches as much as possible.
To primarily maintain the Riccall United FC Website, but to also ensure that are social medis platforms are being used the best they can be.
Their focus is on ensuring that everyone who volunteers at the club feels valued, developed and supported and has the confidence and knowledge to undertake their roles to the best of their ability. They will also lead on the recruitment of volunteers for new and existing roles.
To build positive connections with current sponsors and to find new potential sponsors for the club.
To apply for grants for the football club and find ways to raise money for the football club through additional funding/events.
The senior and junior football managers and coaches also attend our monthly committee meetings.
